My career along with my art has always been unorthodox. I started my career in the ad agency world, a dream job in the glory days of British advertising where I carved out a successful career, eventually heading up a group of creative/design companies in Soho and Covent Garden. Like most creatives in the highly charged advertising industry, I harboured a burning ambition to make fine art painting my goal. I went back to art college and gained a BA Hons in Fine Art in 2009.

 

My usual genre is pop and contemporary culture, inspired by the great American 20 th century pop icons such as Roy Lichtenstein and Andy Warhol.

 

However typical of me, I am capable of jolting my pallet and striking out on a surprising new venture. Hence the body of work you see tonight. An idyllic
few months with my head in the clouds!
